As the self-proclaimed "party girl" of the community, Kim Earle leads the activity programming with infectious warmth and enthusiasm. She views her role as much more than a job—it’s a daily source of mutual inspiration.
"I could be having the worst day at home and come here, and they put a smile on my face," Kim shares. "They entertain me... I have loved getting to know them, and I love getting to know their families."
Kim’s energetic personality extends well into her personal life. Outside of Autumn Care, she stays active by gardening, riding her bike, crafting, and sharing a fun, unexpected fact: she is a former skydiving instructor who has completed over 300 jumps!
Selena Bartholomew — Activity Assistant
Working side by side with Kim, Selena Bartholomew brings a lighthearted, loving atmosphere to every gathering. Selena believes that laughter is one of the best forms of care, and her goal each day is simple: connect deeply with residents and make them smile.
"My favorite part is probably laughing with the residents," Selena explains. "I like to do crazy [things]!"
